If you are a super passionate coffee “nerd” or you simply enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, Maker’s Café is the place for you!! This is not your “average” cafe. Allow me to tell you why: - They are using top-quality beans for BOTH espresso and brewed coffee - They use TWO, yes 2, different beans for their espresso: 1) modern roasts (light - medium) for the “coffee forward” beverages where you’d want to experience the juicy distinctive and the elegant subtle notes of the beans. 2) a more classic roast (medium-dark) for their “milk forward” beverages where the darker/richer roast can cut through and show-up in classic espresso drink. - Their “drip” coffee, yes, I said drip, is as good as, if not BETTER, than pour-overs I’ve had at other cafes! - They have a MENU of beans to select from for a pour-over, should you be so keen! Meaning, more than 1 or 2 options, a bloody menu!!! They also love to brew a pour over! Your coffee experience is their TOP priority. - They have seasonal coffee beverage available with house-made syrups and quality ingredients (like Fever-Tree for their Espresso Tonic) - They have a selection of “Kid-Coffees” which are caffeine-free and expertly crafted. We visit Pensacola once yearly and this was our first visit to this uber trendy coffee shop found via Google. Not only did we take delight in its art deco airy atmosphere, but the coffee surpassed expectation. I’m quite finicky about coffee as a whole with my family having owned a successful coffee shop in Saint Paul, MN. This lovely place serves up refined coffee drinks showcasing thoughtful, beautifully layered flavor notes that are well balanced and delicate upon approach. Not too sweet. Perfectly brewed. Soft & silky on the palette. Will definitely be ‘making’ another visit before returning home to the Midwest in a few days. A total treat for the coffee connoisseur.

I had such a great experience at Maker’s Coffee in Pensacola! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. The coffee itself was excellent,rich, smooth, and perfectly crafted. You can really taste the quality in every sip. They also have a great selection of drinks and treats, so there’s something for everyone,I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Delicious coffee! Solid cold brew and vanilla lattes. The tiramisu olive oil cake was also really good! The staff is always friendly a d helpful. Does offer highchairs (for all the mama's of littles)

We stopped into the Maker’s Café in Pensacola because we saw on the visit Pensacola website that there was a coffee trail and I found that to be super interesting. The entire vibe of the café is beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing, and the staff was super helpful. It shows that they know what they’re doing as they were very knowledgeable about the beans that they were brewing. I ordered a whole milk Cortado with a hint of their banana bread syrup, which was House made and it was fantastic. If you love coffee, I definitely recommend stopping into this great café in Pensacola, Florida!!
